Being the first people to walk in the ruins that day was an amazing experience seeing all the history up practically all to our selves. There were hardly any people when we did our tour, so we were able to appreciate the ruins and enjoy the beauty of the landscape. Food can be brought into the area of the cenote. We did the Maya ruin tour at Tulum and a cenote with fish, underwater lillies, small cave. Great experience all around.
