Stayed in November Want to thank Paty, Armando and Abel Manager at the check in desk they were all amazing and took really good care of the issues. After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We had a roof top patio - the top railing bent almost off the wall and I almost fell down the stairs - it was fixed right away the next morning BUT to have the same railing fall completely off the wall and to fall again was not impressive - again it was fixed right away but having a previous knee injury was not fun to deal with. There was a team cleaning the beach on daily basis, there was a large number of swimming pools and some for adults only.
